Unique Customs Tulsa (“Unique Customs,” “we,” “us”) restores and builds classic cars at 324 E. Kenosha St., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, uniquecustomstulsa.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information You Give Us
When you fill out our work order form or contact us, you may give us:
- Contact information: your name, phone number, email address, and street address.
- Vehicle information: year, make, model, body style, trim, color, and condition. If you already own the car, also its VIN and license plate number.
- Project information: the work you want done, your budget range and timing, where the car is now, and how you heard about us.
- Photos of your car, and anything you write in the notes.
- Anything you tell us by phone, by email, or in person.
We don’t collect payment card numbers through our website.
Information Collected Automatically
When you browse. Like any website, ours runs on a hosting provider that receives basic technical information when you visit (your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time) so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.
Analytics. We use analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website: which pages are viewed, how long a visit lasts, what kind of device and browser is used, the general area a visitor is in, and the website or search that sent them. Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technology to do this. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.
When you file a work order. Our system also records your browser and device type, the web address you filed from, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which helps us block spam and duplicate submissions. We don’t store your actual IP address with your work order.
Browser storage. So you don’t lose your answers, the site temporarily saves a work order in progress in your own browser. It stays on your device, isn’t sent to us, and is erased when you file the form or close the tab.
Do Not Track. Our website doesn’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How We Use Your Information
We use it to:
- Review your project and get back to you about it.
- Prepare estimates, work orders, and build records.
- Contact you about your project by phone, email, or text.
- Send you a confirmation copy of your work order.
- Understand how our website is used, and improve it.
- Keep business, tax, and legal records.
- Protect our website from spam, fraud, and misuse.
- Comply with the law.
Text messages. If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop texting you at any time.
Photos of your car. If you agree, we may use photos of your car, including photos you send us and photos we take while it is in our shop, on our website, on social media, and in our advertising. We ask for that agreement in our Service Agreement, and we won’t post photos of your car without it.
We don’t add you to a mailing list.
How We Share Your Information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With outside vendors and service providers. We do most of our work in-house, but we reserve the right to use qualified outside vendors. That includes companies that help with part of your project, and the companies that run our website, our work order system, and our email for us. We share only what they need to do that work.
- With the public, when you have agreed. Photos of your car, as described in Section 3.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Unique Customs, our customers, or others.
- If our business is sold or reorganized, as part of that transaction.
How Long We Keep It
We keep work orders and photos indefinitely, for our build records and for our marketing and advertising as described in Section 3. If a work order doesn’t become a project, we delete it and its photos after six months. Spam-prevention records are deleted automatically within two days.
How We Protect It
Information you send through our website travels over an encrypted connection. Work orders and photos are kept in private systems that only our staff and our service providers can access. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If your information is ever exposed, we’ll notify you as the law requires.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email Info@UCTulsa.com or call (918) 439-3333. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll respond within 10 days. If we need to keep some information (for tax records or an open job, for example), we’ll tell you why.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Other Websites
If our website links to another website, that site’s own privacy policy applies. We’re not responsible for how other websites handle your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with a new effective date.
